Return eligibility

New, unused verabradleasy bags, backpacks, travel items, and accessories with all tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Send your order number, product name, and photos to support@verabradleasy.com or call +1 (619) 844-0137.

Refunds

After we inspect the item, refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear in 5–10 business days. Personalized or monogrammed items, used items, and items missing pieces cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Quality issues

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days. We will replace it or refund you as a priority.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for quality issues. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping unless checkout said otherwise.
